International transportation and customs support

We prioritize safe, convenient, and secure delivery. If you use our recommended shipping channels, we handle the transportation process and provide customs-clearance support based on the destination country.

Unless you choose a self-clearance shipping method and voluntarily accept the related customs risks, we remain responsible for the transportation process through our recommended channels.

  • If a package is detained by customs in your country when shipped through our recommended channel, we can arrange a replacement or a full refund without extra fees.
  • If tracking does not update within 30 days during transportation, we can arrange a replacement or a full refund without extra fees.

Delivery channels

We have long-term international shipping resources and practical customs-clearance experience. Different destinations may require different logistics routes, and we choose the most suitable option based on local conditions.

To improve delivery success, we usually use a low declared value strategy of around $20 to $50 USD where appropriate. If you are unsure about import rules in your country, please contact customer service before placing your order.

Recommended channel

Double Clearance Tax Free Line is the most reliable option for many destinations. Estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 days and the shipping fee is $30.

This route covers transportation and customs handling, and customers normally do not need to complete additional declaration or tax procedures themselves. Availability may change temporarily because of local policy or logistics restrictions, so please confirm with customer service before ordering.

Express option

FedEx or UPS Express usually takes 7 to 14 days and the shipping fee is $70.

This option can also cover transportation and customs handling for supported destinations. At present, it mainly supports the USA, UK, and Canada.

Self-clearance express delivery

We also support mainstream international express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and TNT.

If you choose your own express service or a self-clearance route, you may need to complete customs clearance yourself. Import duties, taxes, or other local fees depend on the destination country and are borne by the recipient.

We can assist by providing invoices and declaration materials, but if you choose a self-clearance shipping method, the risk of customs detention or return is borne by the buyer. This option is recommended only for customers with customs-clearance experience.

Package tracking

After your order is dispatched, we will provide a traceable logistics number as soon as possible. You can track the shipment here:
