Check your order in My Account
You can log in to your My Account page to view your order details, shipping status, and tracking number when it becomes available.
Orders usually move through these stages:
- Payment verification, usually about 48 hours.
- QC photos and test information are sent to you.
- You approve the QC email, or after 24 hours we treat it as approved.
- The package is dispatched and a tracking number is emailed to you.
If your order has not updated yet, it may still be in payment review, QC confirmation, packing, or dispatch preparation. Tracking details are usually shown only after the shipment has been handed over and scanned by the shipping channel.
