Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress of your parcel.

Check Your Order In Your Account

You can click the account entry at the top right of the website and log in to your account to review your order details. If tracking information has already been uploaded to your order, you can also view your tracking number and shipping status there.

If Tracking Is Not Available Yet

If you do not see tracking information yet, your order may still be in payment verification, QC confirmation, packing, or dispatch processing. In many cases, tracking appears only after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping channel and scanned into the system.

Important Notes

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for tracking updates after dispatch. Some shipping routes may show delayed scans at the beginning, especially during customs transfer, forwarding, or destination handover.

If your parcel has had no meaningful movement for an extended period, contact our team and we will review the latest shipping status for you.
